ICE – Medical Reports is an online based application but we also have two more offline based applications available on Play Store which do not require you to share your data to the server. You can download the two separate offline applications using the following links:
The major drawbacks of the application used offline is that you need to insert your data again if you lose or reset your smartphone plus your data is not synced across multiple devices
ICE – Medical reports is an offline based application with an additional feature to access your data offline which most of the other applications do not support as they are online applications. Once you sync your data in ICE-Medical Reports, you do not have to get connected to the internet to access it again. With ICE you can exclusively view emergency data on the lockscreen, manage your medical records, track details of your medical information and prescriptions. The stored data can also be shown to a doctor clearly in a systematic order. So, it is preferred to choose ICE – Medical Reports to store medical information at a single place using a reliable application without any hassle.

Lock Screen Widget
ICE- Medical Reports unfortunately has no control over this: more and more Android versions are modified by manufacturers to include what they call an “optimization”. This kills third-party apps like ICE- Medical Reports after some time (but their own apps are whitelisted by default). Hopefully, you can fix this issue by editing a few options in your device settings. Most of the time it consists in disabling battery optimizations for ICE- Medical Reports but some devices may require a few extra configurations.
Below is a link to a page that provides a step-by-step procedure based on your device:
One of the primary features of the app is the ability to view and access your medical information from your lock screen, which is facilitated via an accessibility service that you can activate. The accessibility service adds a widget to your lock screen after it’s turned on. In an emergency, this widget assists people with impairments or first responders in taking action and accessing medical data.
Here’s what you need to do to enable lock screen widget:
Step 1: Login to the application
Step 2: Click on Lock Screen Mode
Step 3: Enable the notification bar on your lock screen
QR Code is a machine readable barcode that is used to store information which is typically read using the camera on a mobile phone. They bridge the gap between physical and the digital world. QR codes are easily scannable through your smartphone’s camera to view the stored data which we think is perfect for something as complex as a medical profile. You can place the QR code on your cell phone’s lock screen wallpaper or have the ICE emergency card printed to scan the details from your mobile phone.
In ICE – Medical Reports, QR Code is used to retrieve user information to be accessed easily by the immediate responders or by doctors to respond to an emergency situation.
You can delete your account by tapping delete in the settings section or via the premium page on your application.
Follow the steps to reset your password:
- In your Settings section, Go to Change password
- Enter old password
- Choose your new password and select change password
Reset device option is only available for child devices. There are two methods to reset your child device:
